Job Description
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Visualization and Dashboard Creation
- Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports to effectively communicate key metrics.
- Compiling the reports across the company and be able to analyse them.
- Create reports and dashboards using visualization tools to present data findings in a clear and compelling way for stakeholders, enabling them to make informed decisions.
- Use statistical methods and data analytics tools to interpret data, identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and draw meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
Data Collection
- Collect, process, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Operational
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical solutions.
- Develop and apply statistical models to support business forecasting and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing quality checks and cleaning data as necessary. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new data analysis technologies.
- Clearly communicate and manage internal processes with the department and business units including engagement with related parties and decision makers.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure that data is managed in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations and governance, maintaining data security and privacy at all times.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Management.
- Implement and follow all approved Standard Operating Procedures and all defined Policies of the Company as per the Quality Management System.
Qualifications, Skills and other prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL. Will be an added advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Atleast 2- 3 years proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modelling.
