Location: Nairobi
Requirements
• Diploma in Pharmacy Technology will be an added advantage.
• Two -year experience in middle level distributor preferably in surgical products
• Has a self-driven personality, polite and high integrity level.
• Vast surgical products knowledge
• Possess at least 3 years’ experience in telesales.
Responsibilities
• Calling and receiving orders from customers.
• Order processing, that is, sales orders, picking list and keeping on top of Customer accounts, and credit terms.
• Communication with customers about the out-of-stock items that are now available, price changes, new range of products and short expiry items.
• Updating teams about their range of products.
• Handling customer complaints, for example wrong deliveries and credit note issues.
• Calling and creating awareness of products, receiving orders and follow ups with customers.
• Calling New Customers to increase Customer database and sales.
• Communicating current special offers and bonuses available.
• Updating teams about their range of products.
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring all are addressed timely.
• Keeping accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest surgical products.
