KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Human Capital Operations: Lead the Human Capital operations effectively and efficiently, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, among others.
• Team Management: Manage and monitor the performance of assigned Human Capital team members, while motivating them and ensuring their continuous professional development.
• Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement and maintain Human Capital policies and procedures that meet legal requirements and best practices.
• Human Capital Strategy and Project Management: Support the change management process, manage talent
and succession plans, and participate in the implementation of initiatives and projects, in close collaboration with the Head of Human Capital.
• Service Excellence: Manage, monitor and continuously strive to improve the service level provided by the team members, while ensuring that they are fully engaged and committed to service excellence.
• Employee Relationship: Build a close and trustful relationship with the employees and Head of Departments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Holder of a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills and a high level of integrity.
• Results-oriented with the ability to operate with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation.
